My background includes leadership roles in finance, HR, and organizational development, along with years of experience coaching executives and teams around the world.
I hold a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word, and a Bachelor's in Business and Finance from Francisco Marroquín University. I’ve also completed advanced studies in leadership and human capital at ADEN Business School, the Darden School of Business, and Cornell University.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, I bring a blend of strategic thinking, deep empathy, and practical tools to every coaching relationship.
I’m certified in Gallup Strengths, Leadership Circle Profile, EQ-i 2.0, DISC, ECHO Listening Intelligence Assessments, and more. I coach in English and Spanish, and speak advanced German—something that’s helped me connect with and support global leaders across diverse contexts.
